This interest set the stage for a career in radiology, where we use imaging tools, like X-ray, CT, and MRI to understand why a patient is having pain or has lost their ability to do what they do best. At ��ɫtv Langone, I am dedicated to providing precise and comprehensive imaging reports that help guide effective treatment decisions for my patients.

As a musculoskeletal radiologist, I specialize in imaging of the joints, muscles, and spine. Whether it’s diagnosing a rotator cuff tear, lumbar disc herniation, or inflammatory arthropathy, I provide detailed information in my imaging reports that the patient and their clinician use to make appropriate treatment decisions. With over 15 years of experience in the field, my expertise ensures that patients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their specific needs.

Throughout my career, I have focused on improving the value that our imaging can provide to patient care. I am a funded physician-scientist invited to present on my clinical work and research at both national and international forums. Additionally, I have published over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts, several of which are in top radiology and orthopedic surgery journals. Using different research tools, I have studied how imaging and imaging-guided procedures can improve patient outcomes for common ailments such as shoulder instability, hip and knee osteoarthritis, and musculoskeletal infection. My most recent work has focused on improving the screening rates for osteoporosis.

My journey into medicine began with a fascination for understanding the root causes of medical conditions. This passion led me to pursue a career in radiology, where I could combine my interest in technology with my desire to help patients.
