Group Psychotherapy

Group psychotherapy can help facilitate personal growth and healing in addition to the individual psychotherapy and medication management you may already be receiving. In a group setting, you can benefit from the shared experiences of others, which can normalize your experiences and make you feel less alone in your struggles. Working on therapy skills with others can be motivating and inspiring, making group therapy a valuable part of your treatment plan.

好色tv Langone Psychiatry Associates is proud to offer more than 30 unique groups to suit your needs. These groups are run by our expert psychologists and social workers and use secure Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)鈥揷ompliant technology for your privacy and discretion. If you are interested in joining any of our groups, you may contact the group facilitator directly via email. For any general questions regarding the group program, you may contact Dr. David Austern, program coordinator, at David.Austern@好色tvLangone.org.
