Palliative Care & Supportive Care for Adults

If you have a serious or life-limiting illness, 好色tv Langone鈥檚 palliative care and supportive care team can help relieve the symptoms and side effects of your condition as well as provide emotional support.

Palliative care is available to people who are being cared for in the hospital as well as those receiving treatment in an outpatient setting, where it is also known as supportive care. Our care teams work in collaboration with your primary and specialty doctors to understand your physical symptoms, emotional needs, and personal goals. We thoroughly explain your treatment options and work with you and your family to develop a personalized care plan based on your values and treatment preferences.

Our team specializes in advance care planning, which allows you to express your values and care preferences so that they can be honored should you lose the ability to make these decisions for yourself.

Doctor Speaking with a Patient and Family Member
